Chevy volt charger red light. Anyone know the issue ? This is the portable level 1 charger for my 2013 Chevy Volt. Been a proud owner of a ‘17 Volt for about a year. The other day, when I plugged it in, it cycled, turned blue and then yellow within a few seconds before I even plugged it into the car. By the way- happened again three times today.
